- The U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command has a requirement to procure 868 each swing mounts and related user manuals and training materials in support of the Army Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) Family of Vehicles (FoV) on a sole source basis from W&E Platt Pty Ltd of Ingleburn, Australia. NOTE 22. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
