- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Healthcare Purchase Order for a Radiology / Ultrasound Technologist at the Eagle Butte IHS Hospital in Eagle Butte, S.D. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009, approximately two (2) days per week. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 13, 2008. The closing date of this RFQ is August 29, 2008.
