This procurement is expected to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=54 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=54, O=54 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=324, O=324 / Estimated annual quantity: =216, O=216. A Surge Monthly Wartime Rate applies to this NSN. Surge quantity is 3ea. This item has configuration control and is a critical application item. Government First Article Testing is required on this item. The First Article Unit is to be delivered 120 days from date of award. Production Delivery will be 168 days from date of first article acceptance. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is a 100% Small Business Set aside. Only offers received from small business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
