- Amendment 0004 to Solicitation W52H09-08-R-0290 will be issued to request initial and revised offers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation based upon the following change: The quantity for CLIN 0001AB and CLIN 0001AC has been reduced by 100 ea, from 150 each to 50 each Power Distribution, NSN 6150-01-485-6552, P/N 12992895. Initial proposals will be accepted from any offeror even if they did not submit a proposal by the original closing date. Revised proposals will be accepted from any offeror that submitted a proposal by the original closing date. The estimated issue date is 13 August 2008. FOB point is Destination. The solicitation amendment will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation amendment will be issued electronically. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to peridoically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same. Note 26 applies.
