- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to issue a sole source aw ard to AIRGAS MIDSOUTH, Inc., 2710 W. Reno, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73107, for the following services: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to lease and provide Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (RM/PM) services for two Hydrogen Storage Trailers at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's specifications, industry standard practices, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract is contemplated for one basic year. The proposed basic period of performance is 01 Oct. 2008 through 30 Sept 2009. The estimated award date is 1 Sept. 2008. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $6.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
