- NSN: 4210-01-481-3875 will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with a required delivery of 30 days. This NSN is a non-commercial item, therefore, the requirements will be solicited with non-commercial clauses and the contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will be Fixed Price with EPA. Delivery shall be made only as authorized orders issued in accordance with clause FAR 52.216-8 ORDERING (OCT 1995). The performance period of the resulting contract will potentially be five (5) years: a two (2) year base period and three (3) one (1) year options. The procedures for evaluating the proposals received will be Low Price Technically Acceptable and the basis for technical acceptability is a vendor not taking any exceptions to Amerex Corporation (54905) part number 15274. Numbered Note 12 (Trade Agreement Act) applies to this solicitation (DFARS 252.225-7021). Copies of the solicitation will be available no sooner than August 15, 2008.
