The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System Research Department, VISN 8, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 in accordance with FAR 6.3 will negotiate sole source with Advanced Mechanical Technology Inc. of Watertown, ME for a Multi-Component Force Torque Sensor and components System. 2. The system is comprised of (4) Multi-Component Force Torque Sensor for Modified Walker, Cane, or Crutch, 1000 lb vertical capacity. (4) Force Platform to Amplifier Cable (30 feet). (4) 6-channel MiniAmp Signal Conditioner/Amplifier. (1) Adult Crutches, Guardian crutches modified to accept AMTI walker sensors. (1) Guardial adult anterior walker with modified frame to accept AMTI MCW sensors and Shipping & Handling. 2. This is not a request for sources. All parties capable of providing like equipment must submit documentation/information in writing and STATE CAPABILITIES.
