- Description
- The VA Western New York Healthcare System (VA) has a requirement for dental implant products to include but not limited to screw-vents, tapered screw-vents, healing collars, tapered screw-vents and screw-vent prosthetics, implant analogs, fixture mount transfers, plastic temporary abutments, hex-lock abutments, etc. in a variety of sizes on a consignment agreement basis. NAICS Code 339113 and Size Standard 500 employees apply. The VA shall require the Contractor to deliver replacement items ordered under the awarded contract within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of purchase order. The term of the contract shall be one (1) year from date of award, with four (4) one year option renewals. VA will award a contract to a responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The preferred method of payment will be the Government Purchase/Visa Credit Card and the Contractor must be capable of accepting it for payment. This solicitation adheres to the format defined in FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial items. Solicitation number RFP VA528-08-RP-0081 will be available for download on or about August 1, 2008 at www.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV or requested in writing and faxed to 716-862-8893 or sent via e-mail to Deborah.Heckman2@va.gov.
