- The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) has a requirement for continuation of three annual MATHLAB Software Licenses. The MathWorks, Inc., is the source of the existing MATHLAB Software currently being utilized by USASMDC and is the only known source for continued software maintenance. The period of performance is one year. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to the U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, P.O. Box 1500, Huntsville, AL 35807-3801, ATTN: SMDC-RDC-AK/Koger. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal from any source other than The MathWorks, Inc.; however, all proposals received will be considered by the Government.
