- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for Thermo Niton Analyzer or equal. Interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. 000 1- NITON XL3t Environmental XRF Analyzer. XL3t 600 with Soil - 1 each 0002 - Thin and Industrial Paint Sample Modes Thin Sample Mode: Thin Sample Analysis Mode for dust wipes, air filters and various thin film media. Includes thin sample kit and reference standards. Industrial Lead Paint Mode: Industrial Lead Paint Mode featuring top-performing lead paint testing capabilities not to be used for HUD-regulated residential testing. - 1 each 0003 - Extend-a-Pole Accessory Ergonomically designed extension handle for testing at a distance. Comes with two pole lengths one telescoping from 4 to 6 feet and another 6 in length.
