- H00-MMS - The IRS intends to issue a competitive RFQ/RFP for the following brand name requirement NetScout Systems Inc., Mastercare. This is not an RFP/RFQ, but a notice of intent to procure brand name NetScout Systems Inc. The IRS is not requesting information from resellers of the brand name but manufacturers that can perform the brand name equivalent. All manufacturers that can perform the equivalent function/services should submit their technical qualifications and literature to the following address: The requirement will close on August 4, 2008. All responsible sources who can provide the specified products as stated below shall submit a written response that include enough technical detail to all the IRS to conduct a technical evaluation. This notice must be received by this office within five (5) business days of the date of this publication of this sysnopsis. All quotes shall include: (Price(s); FOB point: Point of Contact (name and telephone number); GSA Contract Number is applicable; delivery date; business size; payment terms; Taxpayer Identification Number: Dunn & Bradstreet number; Any responses can be sent electronically to the following email address: mary.m.smith2@irs.gov.
