- Description
- The purpose of this Special Notice is to solicit other potential sources for competition. This is a Notice of Intent to continue to use existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders; and include new BPA holders for future contract calls. BPA calls will normally be issued on a monthly basis. Expected monthly ordering period is from 01 AUG 2008 through 30 SEP 2012. Locations and monthly average number of room nights are as follows: Ft. Devens, MA 93 Syracuse, NY 589 Ft. Drum, NY1609 Lodging assignments will be made on lowest available price. Soldiers that are currently lodged in a higher priced hotel will not be moved. New arrivals will always be housed in the lowest priced available hotel.
