- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Knoll, Inc. 1235 Water St, East Greenville, PA 18041-2202. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(1)(i). Knoll, Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. The required product is to provide a new furniture to match existing furniture and to reconfigure existing modular furniture. This service will be provided to 460 OSS/OSOT, Buckley AFB, CO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
