- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service Healthcare Purchase Order for physician services for the IHS beneficiaries served by the Rosebud PHS, IHS, Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota, who reside in the geographnic area distant from the Rosebud Hospital and who have no alternative resource for payment of health care services. Patients shall reside in Winner, Colombe, Witten, Ideal, Dixon, Carter and O'Creek, South Dakota. Physician services need to be located in Winner, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 13, 2008. The closing date of this RFQ is August 29, 2008.
