- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Citizenship & Immigration Service (CIS) intends to contract with Parking Management, Inc. for firm, fixed rate 20 parking spaced in the secure parking facility for executive/management, handicapped staff and rideshare groups located at 2221 South Clarke Street, Arlington, Virginia, for a period base of 9 months. Service will be provided to: USCIS, Verification Division, and 2221 South Clarke Street, Arlington, Virginia 20036. This contract is for goods or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Parking Management, Inc. under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis unless alternate sources are located.
