- IT IMS PROGRAM MATCHMAKING EVENT Due to the highly positive feedback received from the vendor community, the Department of the Treasury has decided to host an IT IMS Program specific matchmaking event to facilitate business relationships between the Large and Small Business communities. At this time, the Department of the Treasury invites interested Small Businesses to register in the Department of the Treasury OSDBU database according to the attached instructions. Interested Small Businesses are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the attached instructions. The Department of the Treasury will not be responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of an interested party which would preclude them from participation in the event. REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON EASTERN TIME, FRIDAY AUGUST 1, 2008. NEW USERS MUST REGISTER IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. Be advised that registration does not guarantee interested vendors an interview as we expect the interview slots to fill up very quickly. It is anticipated that a waiting list will be developed as a result. THE IT IMS INTERVIEW SCHEDULE WILL OPEN AT 12:00 NOON EASTERN TIME ON MONDAY, AUGUST 4, 2008 AND CLOSE AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2008. EVENT LOCATION: U.S. MINT 801 9TH ST., NW WASHINGTON, DC 20001 EVENT DATE: MONDAY, AUGUST 11, 2008 EVENT TIME: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM EASTERN TIME Please be advised that the matchmaking event is intended for companies providing Information Technology services as described in the previously posted requirements documents.
