- The proposed contractual action will be Firm Fixed Price to acquire 6 Matlab with simulink new licenses. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy this agencys requirement. The only approved source for this requirement is The Mathworks, Inc.(cage 0C524). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be data faxed, email or by mail ONLY. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, NO DATAFAX OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
