- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W91WAW-08-T-0123. The US Army Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of the US Center for Army Analysis, 6001 Goethals Road, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide seven (7) Tandberg VTC Suites. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 517911, Telecommunications Resellers, and the Size Standard is 1,500 employees. This acquisition is restricted to Small Business concerns. Delivery will be made within 30 days after contract award and the maintenance period will begin 30 days after contract award and will end 36 months after. The specifications for these seven (7) VTC Suites are as follows: 1. Tandberg 1700 MXP (Maintenance Contract Required) 2. Tandberg 1700 MXP Domestic Customer Core Service- 36 Months 3. Tandberg 1700 MXP Natural Presenter Package (NPP) Option 4.Optional System Set-Up, Installation and Testing (Including Shipping Costs) The Solicitation Expiration Date is 6 August 2008, 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
