- Description
- The selected contractor shall remove existing carpeting and replace with new carpeting @41,534 sqft. in bedrooms in 3 dormitories at CID Corry Station plus training center. As part of the job, the contractor will have to move existing dorm or office furniture to install the new carpet and put it back when finished. Manufacturer certification to install accepted carpeted must be presented prior to award. New carpet must be Centro Collection, Comfort Plus Cushion with ColorSeal from Continental Flooring Company or equivalent; if offering alternate product, provide sample to requiring activity to determine acceptability. A site visit is highly recommended; contact Frances Wilder at 850-452-6609 to schedule a site visit. You may do so before the solicitation appears if you so desire. This procurement is a 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses; only this type of small business is eligible to submit an offer. Per SBA rules, no more than 50% of the value of the procurment may be subcontracted.
