- Description
- The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) located in San Antonio, Texas intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Animal Resource Management, Inc., located at 8047 Mission Gorge Road, Suite E, Santee, CA. The Contractor shall provide upgrade version (from DOS to Windows based) of their copyrighted: Animal Tracking Program, currently installed at the STVHCS. This procurement will include first year software and technical support services from this contractor. The contractual period for this commercial acquisition shall be for one year. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet these requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services, to the Contracting Officer within five calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer addressed to STVHCS, Attn.: Peter M. Coronado (10N17 / 671C), 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio TX 78284. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, STVHCS will proceed with a sole source negotiation with Animal Resource Management, Inc.
