- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Establish a site visit. Site Visit date Wednesday 6 August 2008 at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm EST. It is highly encouraged that all interested contractors participate in this site visit. Contractors are directed to pay particular attention to the facility surfaces on which the blast system will be installed. Please contact MSgt Paul Tucker at paul.tucker@maotis.ang.af.mil for installation access for site visit on or before Tuesday 5 August 2008 9:00 am. 2. Delete language: Advisors Subsequent return or final inspection to certify integrity of structure and system will be provided at no cost to the government. Final inspection report must be submitted to the 102d Contracting Office for inclusion in the contract file. 3. Change response date: Response date has been extended to: Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 2:00 pm EST.
