- The EPA intends to enter into an agreement with Systematics, Inc., Westborough, MA 01581 for Service & Maintenance of EPA-owned High Density Moveable Shelf Filing Systems manufactured by SpaceSaver Corp., Fort Atkinson, WI. This equipment is located at EPA Region 1, One Congress St., Boston, MA 02114. The Period of Performance will be 10/1/08 - 9/30/09 with the agency reserving the right to reduce the period of performance. The EPA believes that Systematics, Inc. is the only Spacesaver Corp. certified service provider capable of servicing all the equipment identified on the attached equipment list and maintaining all Spacesaver Corp. warranties. Additionally, references must be provided supporting actual service performed on the equipment listed Any parties disagreeing with the above mentioned statement and can provide documentation supporting the above should notify the listed Point of Contact. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be sent to U.S. Environmental Portection Agency, Region 1, Attn: Robert Stachowsk, One Congress St. Suite 1100 (MCP), Boston, MA, 02114 or emailed to stachowski.robert@epa.gov. No telephonic or faxed requests will be honored.
