- Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for an observation deck and a two-panel kiosk as part of a trail improvement project on a wildlife refuge. The work consists of grading, excavation, concrete piers, and carpentry. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is NOT set-aside for small business concerns under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, Outdoor Recreation Facility Construction, with a size standard of $13.0 million.
