- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office (CGS) in Portland, Oregon has a requirement at the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge Complex (San Diego County) near Bonita, California for vernal pool restoration (herbicide application/hand-weeding) spanning approximately 30 acres. The selection process shall be "Best Value" (Experience with vernal pool restoration, Past Performance, and Price) in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-02 Evaluation - Commercial Items.
