- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound in support of U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa is soliciting for laboratory testing services. The laboratory shall provide laboratory services to include preanalytic processing as defined in its laboratory manual: analysis, reporting of analytic results, and interpretation. Additional responsibilities will be listed in the solicitation. The period of performance will be from 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, with two one-year option periods. Written requests may be emailed to joseph.lownik@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS.This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
