- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Mitem Corporation, 340 Menlo Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025. This acquisition is for Mitem Software Maintenance and Support Renewal. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 06 Aug 2008 through 05 Aug 2009. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1013-08-T-0120 available at http://www.fbo.gov/. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.
