- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidental supplies necessary for pavement repairs of Forest Service Road (FSR) 95 on the North River Ranger District of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forest in August County, Virginia. The project includes approximately 1545 sq yds of bituminous concrete overlay, 3360 sq yds of bituminous concrete leveling course, 2030 sq yds of single surface treatment, 860 sq ft of bituminous concrete patching, and associate work including bituminous tacking, patch excavation, and aggregate placement. The project is located approximately 15 miles west of Bridgewater, Virginia. Take State Route 730 to Stokesville, VA, then State Route 718 to FSR 95. Project is located approximately 3 miles west of State Route 718 along FSR 95. The performance period will be 30 days. Pre-bid meeting/showing information will be included in the solicitation. This project is estimated at between $25,000 and $100,000. Successful offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database before award can be made. You may register at the CCR website at www.ccr.gov. This solicitation will be available on this website on or around August 6, 2008. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
