The work indicated on the contract documents is as follows: Repair/Replacement of PGEC Labs roof. Following release of this solicitation on 13 Aug 2008, an amendment including specifications for Administration Wing and North Wing roofs, as additive items, is anticipated. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $500,000, inclusive of additive items.
