- The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing solicitation number 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 12 for Multiple Award Schedule 738X for Human Resources & EEO Services, effective July 21, 2008. 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 12 replaces solicitation number 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 11 in its entirety. Resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule program. Current contract holders under Schedule 738X for Human Resources & EEO Services do not need to re-apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. Contracts under this solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award, and lasting for five years unless canceled or terminated. Three five-year option periods are possible under this contractual action. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a vehicle for all Government agencies to obtain quality Human Resource Services and EEO Services when required from qualified and experienced Contractor(s) under a Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule in an efficient, streamlined, and cost effective manner in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations. Special Item Numbers (SINs) covered under Schedule 738X are: 595-21 for Human Resource Services, 595-25 for EEO Services, 595-27 for Pre-Employment Background Investigations Services, and 595-28 for Social Services. Offers may be submitted at anytime; this solicitation is continuously open with no closing date. Applicable NAICS codes are 541110, 541611, 541612, 561310, 561311, 561410, 561611, 611430, 621410, 621420, 624190, 624230, 624310, 624410, 713940, 812191, 812210, 813110, 813311, 813410, 923110, 923120, 923130. The previous editions of this solicitation, 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 10 & 11, will not be accepted after August 18, 2008. IMPORTANT NOTICE: OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SINS 595-22 AND 595-26 AT THIS TIME. THESE TWO SINS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE IN A FUTURE OPEN SEASON. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN OFFER FOR SINS 595-22 AND 595-26 AS IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
