- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing arts intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13.5. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation Number JFK08Q00030. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 314121. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC and phone number. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov.
