Please email baierl@sec.gov and request SECHQ1-08-R-8239.>> The SEC requires project support services in their acquisition of an internally hosted commercial off-the-shelf automated procurement system including the functional aspects of pre-deployment planning, deployment, and post deployment. Project support includes assistance with gathering functional requirements, establishing system configuration, ensuring project milestones are met, and coordinating the implementation between the contracting office and the APS vendor. This support does not include program management or technical implementation. Length of services is 14 months with one option to extend services on a month-to-month basis..>> TIMING IS CRITICAL.
