- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item description is as follows: UNCON Quenchant A, (Name Brand Only) Part Number 17006026, 54 gallon drum size, Quantity: 24 drums. Required delivery schedule is 4 drums to be delivered Oct 08, Nov 08, Jan 09, Mar 09, May 09 and Jul 09. Period of Performance is 12 months. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The solicitation number for the acquisition is FB206781979353 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-26. NAICS Code 325998.
