- Description
- The Army intends to procure services for a one (1) month period of performance for USMC Deployments of Shadow TUAS under the current Army Shadow Performance Based Logistics contract. This is a planned sole-source requirement to AAI Corporation, CAGE 97384, the OEM manufacturer of the Shadow TUAS, as 'Only one responsible source or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements'. This procurement is planned to be accomplished as a modification to the existing Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract. Technical data is currently not available for this requirement, as the OEM holds all technical data rights. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See note 22. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
