- ITEM DESCRIPTION: Compressor, with retro fit kit, 98750 San Antonio Air Center, used on Environmental Control Unit (ECU) model 2 & 3.SOLICITATION PERIOD: 30 Days ISSUE DATE: TBS CLOSING DATE: TBS QUANTITY: 400 SPECIFICATIONS: MIL-STD-130, Latest Revision, Identification Marking of U. S. Military Property. DRAWINGS: Required ACQUISITION NOTES: Source Inspection Required DESTINATION: Conus Stock Destination DELIVERY: 120 Days after receipt of order ISSUE DATE: Solicitation will not be available until the solicitation issued date COPY OF SOLICITATION: A copy of the solicitation can be found on DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. You must be registered to be able to download Request For Proposals (RFPS). You will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. ****NOTE THAT THE REQUIRED QUANTITY IS NOW 400, other changes listed below**** The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of NSN: 4130-01-511-7193 Compressor with Retro Fit Kit used on FDECU units 2 and 3. Quantity is 400. Delivery FOB destination to stock location DDSP New Cumberland PA. Inspection shall be at source. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be required for large businesses. The requested delivery is 120 days or better. This is an unrestricted procurement. The government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price contract as a result of this solicitation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the Business System Modernization - DLA Internet Bid Board System, the DIBBS website, after the solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all required information to respond to the solicitation. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the main window tool bar. Then search by the Solicitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all necessary information to respond to the solicitation.
