- SEE ATTACHED PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Renovate 12 Full Bathrooms at USCG Station Oregon Inlet, Nags Head, North Carolina. Major work items include: Remove bathroom fixtures, accessories including bathtubs in two bathrooms, tile showers in 10 bathrooms, remove ceramic floor tile, remove medicine cabinets, remove existing wall board in showers and bathtub areas, inspect wood floor, floor joists and wall studs, provide 8”x 8” gazed quarry tile floor, provide new drywall, build out former bathtub areas to accommodate new shower units, provide new water closet, new vanity, new counter top with integral lavatory, new single handle faucet, new ttwo piece FRP shower unit, new single handle cald-guard shower valve, water saver shower head, shower curtain, curtain bar, new 36” x 36” plate glass mirror, new towel bars and new toilet tissue holder, provide new shutoff valves, vanity light, exhaust fan/light combo and paint all walls, doors, windows and trim. The NAICS for this project is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $31.0M. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than July 8, 2008. The information may be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist at laurie.f.walker@uscg.mil or faxed to 216-902-6278. Responses shall include the following information: Reference number HSCG83-08-B-3WQ303, Company name, DUNS Number, address, point of contact, phone number and email address; business size, disadvantage, 8(a), or HUBzone status; and, Evidence that the contractor has performed similar projects (past performance history). NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. When available, the resultant pre-solicitation notice and solicitation will be posted at this website. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to the Sources Sought or Government use of any information provided. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business, 8(a) or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
