- This amendment replaces the draft solicitation with released copy. No other changes are made to the solicitation. The following information is provided regarding current paint booth and stack. Contractor will not remove the current paint booth. Contractor will remove two existing stacks and replace them with one stack in accordance with the statement of work. No further clarification requests will be addressed prior to the closing date and time for this solicitation. Any requests received will be addressed via an amendment that will be issued with the Items for Negotiation. EACH OFFEROR MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT ON PAGE 1 (SF 1449) OF ITS OFFER AND MUST INDICATE THAT THE OFFER IS BASED ON RFP NO. N68836-08-R-0053 AND AMENDMENT NOS. 0001 THERETO.
