- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a modification to the Total Life Cycle Logistics Support (TLCLS) Contract N00019-03-C-3017 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office for Engineering Support to cover four support areas: (1) Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) fleet support, (2) System Safety fleet support, (3) Electromagnetic Environment Effects (E3) fleet support, and (4) Engineering Engine coordination. This effort is estimated to cover a four month period of performance. This action will be negotiated on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). This procurement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) modification. See government-wide numbered note 22.
