- Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division NSWCCD Philadelphia, PA intends to procure on an unrestricted basis, through full and open competition (all quantities are estimated for a 5 year ordering period) 41 Ea 3KVA UPCS Inverter Units, and 41 Ea 3KVA Battery Units. A single award is anticipated for all items. The procurement will be awarded on a Low Cost Technically acceptable basis and all offerors will be expected to submit both Technical and Price Proposals. A Firm Fixed Price IDIQ Type Contract with a 5 year ordering period is anticipated. The solicitation with all attachments will only be available in electronic format at the following websites at issuance: www.NECO.navy.mil and www.FEDBIZOPPS.gov. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments after the release date of the Solicitation. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered by NSWCCD Philadelphia. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999. Point of Contact is David L.
