- AWARD WILL BE IAW SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION FAR PART 13 This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared ormade available for distribution. The Government intends to award Firm FixedPrice Sole Source Purchase Order to Sheriff's Association of Texas for reviewand definition of public safety and first responder mission needs, capability -functional requirements, and needed Research Development Test &Engineering - RDT&E investment. Development of a focused governancestructure for regional information sharing and analysis of integrated systemsimplementation. Dissemination of relevant successesand lessons learned tothe national emergency responder community. No note 22 applies, however, all interested offers will be considered.
