- VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate sole source procurement with the SAS Institute, SAS Campus Drive, Cary, NC 27513 to provide maintenance, renewals, and upgrades to numerous SAS products and licenses. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. Businesses who feel they may be capable of providing these services shall submit all applicable information to VA Connecticut by July 23, 2008. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of VA.
