- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Washington, D.C. has a requirement for editorial and design support for producing NOAA's FY 2008 Business Report. The period of performance will be for 12 months, October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009, with two (1) year option periods. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about October 1, 2008. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430 with a small business size standard is $6.5 million. The Request for Quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. The solicitation number is: EA1330-08-RQ-0810. All contractors that intend on providing a proposal are requested to email Janie Laferty at Janie.M.Laferty@noaa.gov and provide your company name, phone number and contact. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal contract. For information regarding registration in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. Contractors are asked to provide their (DUNS) Dun and Bradstreet nine digit number along with their quotation.
