- This synopsis is being modified with the following information: Note No. 7 is being modified to read as follows: Due to Base Security requirements and limited field staff available for construction contractor site visits, this scheduled site visit will be the only one offered. Individual request for site visits will not be granted. In order to gain access to the installation for the site visit and conference, attendees will be required to provide a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration by 12:00 noon (CDT Time) on Monday, 28 July 2008.
