- The Pine Bluff Contracting Division, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001 Black Powder, Class 2, in 1 lb canisters, in accordance with MIL-P-223C w/Amd 2 dtd 2 Oct 98, (minimum quantity 175 lbs each delivery order, maximum quantity 2000 lbs per year); Item 0002 Black Powder, Class 3 in 25 lb bags, in accordance with Mil-P-223C w/Amd 2 dtd 2 Oct 98, (minimum quantity 650 lbs each delivery order, maximum quantity 20,000 lbs per year); CLIN 0003 Black Powder, Class 3, in 1 lb canisters, in accoradance with Mil-P-223C w/Amd 2 dtd 2 Oct 98, (minimum quantity 50 lbs each delivery order, maximum quantity 2,000 lbs per year); Item 0004 Black Powder, Class 5, in accordance with Mil-P-223C w/Amd 2 dtd 2 Oct 98 (minimum quantity 100 lbs each delivery order, maximum quantity 1,000 lbs per year); Item Item 0005, Black Powder, Class 6, in 1 lb canisters, in accordance with Mil-P-223B dtd 26 Feb 62 w/Amd 3 dtd 18 May 73 and Not 2 dtd 4 Nov 91 (minimum quantity 225 lbs each delivery order, maximum quantity 4,000 lbs per year). Solicitation W911RP-08-R-0037 will be issued O/A 4 Aug 2008 with a closing date O/A 4 Sep 2008. Type of award anticipated is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity for a base period of 1 year and four option periods of 1 year each. The NAICS Code is 325920, business size 750. 100% Small Business Set Asside. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination, unless otherwise provided herein. Until delivery and acceptance, and after any rejections, risk of loss will be on the contractor, unless loss results from negligence of the United States Government.
