- This is a set-aside for small business located within the State of Louisiana, in compliance with provisions of the Stafford Act as amended (2006), restricting solicitations to, and purchases from, onnly those vendors located within a declared disaster region. FEMA seeks pricing on the acquisition of 7500 cases of potable water contained in.5l plastic bottles, 24 to the case. Deliveries are to be scheduled in three equal installments of 2500 csaes for the following dates: August 1, 2008; September 1, 2008; and October 1, 2008.
