IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE COMPLETED AT TIME OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Approved DoD Freight Carriers List Prerequisite for Proposal Submission All interested offerors must be on the Approved DoD Freight Carriers List at the time proposals are due to the government. The following link is available for your company to accomplish the steps necessary to become an approved carrier. 1) Go to http://www.sddc.army.mil/public/Doing+Business+with+SDDC/ 2) Select “Freight Carrier Registration Instructions” on the right side of the page and follow the instructions.
