- HSFEHQ-08-R-0106 FEMA Seeks Alternative Housing Amendment 2 The purpose of this amendment is clarify the following: 1. The closing date of this solicitation is August 1, 2008. 2. The Procurement Specifications entitled “FEMA Rugged Two Bedroom Park Model (RP)” apply additionally to one and three bedroom park models as well. 3. No electronic copies of proposals will be accepted. Please see mailing instructions in Amendment 1 which provides more information. 4. All CLINS and sub-clins must be addressed and priced. Failing to do so will disqualify a contractor from receiving an award. 5. Additional answers to contractor questions will be posted on this site as they are received. All questions must be submitted by July 25, 2008 in order to allow the program side sufficient time to address all questions and then to be posted. 6.
