- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-06-G-0014 for the procurement of the development of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products for the V-22 Peculiar Support Equipment as follows: Loop Current Sensor Tester, P/N 901-275-904-101; Proprotor Blade Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-916-103; MWGB Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-919-103; Helo Mode Swash Plate Actuator Sling Assy, P/N 3584AS100-1; A/C Hoisting Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-933-103; Rudder Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-952-101; Elevator Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-923-101; Hub Lifting Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-900-103; Multi-application Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-928-103; Pendulum Damper Sling Assy, P/N 901-210-015-101; APU Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-927-101; Blade Inverted "Y" Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-934-101;Swashplate Lifting Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-949-101; IR Suppressor Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-953-101; Pendulum Damper Sling Assy, P/N 901-210-027-101; Hub & Blade Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-902-103; Bearing Maintenance Tool Set, P/N 901-220-964-101; Stake Bearing Maintenance Tool Set, P/N 901-220-966-101; Bushing Maintenance Tool Set, P/N 901-220-967-101; PRGB/TAGB Sling Assy, P/N 901-220-958-103; Blade Trailer Adapter, P/N 901-215-041-101; Proof Load Tool Set, P/N 901-220-965-101; Personal Safety Lanyard, P/N 901-232-022-101. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure the above listed items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. ), Bell Boeing Joint Project Office Amarillo TX is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required items. Firms that recognize and provide these items are encouraged to identify themselves. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
