- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source procurement to Northrop Grumman/TASC for a one year period. This procurement is for software upgrades which will be incorporated into the ASPECT/RDCDS systems as Version 5. This software will aid in the development of data processing and system integration tools for the ASPECT/RDCDS sensor suites in support of research and development activities and specific emergency responder applications. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred while responding to this notice. Responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication in FedBizOpps. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
