One U.S. or European Union or NATO country flag, double hull, clean, tanker with IGS and SBT capable of carrying a minimum of 220,000 BBLS (29,483 LT) (Intention F76) clean petroleum products in epoxy coated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904, preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels. Load Port: Cartagena, Spain Discharge Port: Rota, Spain with optional second voyage to Souda Bay, Greece Laydays: 24-26 July 2008
