- THIS IS FOR SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES ONLY – GENERAL CONTRACTORS WERE PREVIOUSLY PREQUALIFIED. Complete solicitation packages may be obtained directly from LDI Printing by calling (770) 939-5277. All charges for solicitation packages are nonrefundable. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Also you can check the website www.reprodox.net/usps/atlanta. The US Postal Service only accepts proposals from General Contractors. If you are a subcontractor, you will need to go to the website listed above and obtain the offerors list and submit your proposals directly to the General Contractors. Construction of a new Grayson, GA – Main Post Office facility containing approximately 6,500 sq ft of floor space located at Sosebee Farm Road, Grayson, GA. The new construction will contain approximately 6,500 square feet of floor space. The work includes, but is not limited to, wood frame construction, concrete, masonry, carpentry, shingled roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, painting, store fixtures, electrical/lighting, mechanical, utilities, landscaping and other work associated with postal facilities. Bonds must be received within 10 days from receipt of Intent to Award. Notice to Proceed with construction will be issued no later than 9/30/08. We do not currently own the property but will before award is made.
